Regular Yogurt Consumption Lowers Breast Cancer Risk?

Yogurt and its Relation to Breast Cancer
A study was conducted Lancaster University and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust—and atpublish in a journal Medical Hypotheses reveal, a woman who eats yogurt regularly has a risk of developing breast cancer can decrease significantly.
Yogurt contains good bacteria that come from the lactose fermentation process in milk. This bacterium can also be found in the breasts of mothers who are breastfeeding. This lactose fermenting bacteria can actually provide protection for the breasts.
The researchers found the fact that mothers who breastfeed for one year can reduce the risk of developing breast cancer by up to 4.3 percent.
The cells in the mammary glands actually contain microflora. This microflora can also be found in the stomach and significantly influences the immune system. The stronger the immune system, the lower the risk of getting cancer.
Benefits of Eating Yogurt Regularly

Consuming two or three servings of yogurt every day on a regular basis can lower blood pressure by up to 50 percent better than those who never eat it.
