Practical and Easy Eid Cake Recipes

After a full month of fasting, Muslims around the world will celebrate the day of victory. This celebration will be more lively with Eid cakes.

1. Nastar Cake Recipe

Make sure you have prepared the ingredients for the cake, pineapple jam, and nastar cake spread.

Material:

  • 50 grams of cornstarch.
  • 375 grams of wheat flour.
  • 300 grams of butter.
  • 30 grams of powdered milk.
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar.
  • 3 yolks.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Pineapple jam ingredients:

  11. Arrange raw nastar on a baking sheet.
  12. Brush the surface of raw nastar with spread.
  13. Plug one clove on top of the nastar.
  14. Bake nastar in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.

Material:

  • 160 grams of margarine.
  • 15 grams of powdered sugar.
  • 1 egg yolk

  3. Add the flour, cornstarch and milk powder little by little.

  5. Put the dough into a triangular bag that has been given a comb or star-shaped syringe at the end.

  7. Bake in medium heat, namely 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked.

7. Cheese Sago Cake Recipe

Material:

  • 450 grams of farm sago flour.
