  1. Not added sugar or artificial sweeteners to prevent the risk of type 2 diabetes and obesity.
  2. Drinking milk coffee that is high in saturated fat or sugar can cause insulin resistance. Therefore, the choice of this type of milk is unsweetened and does not contain saturated fats such as almond milk.
  3. Do not add creamer to coffee because it has high calories.
  4. Use natural alternative sweeteners to replace sugar if you want a sweeter coffee.
