Preventing breast cancer is not an easy thing to do, but some health experts say a healthy lifestyle can help prevent the disease. One way that can be done is to adopt a healthier diet.

Not only providing the nutrients the body needs, some healthy foods are believed to be able to help slow the development of cancer cells. These foods generally contain high fiber and low saturated fat.
Several types foods that can be consumed every day to reduce the risk of developing breast cancer, including:
1. Green Vegetables and Tuberous
Regularly consuming green vegetables such as spinach, kale, radishes, or lettuce which are high in antioxidants and fiber will make digestion run smoothly. Healthy digestion can reduce the risk of various diseases, including breast cancer.
Besides that, Tuberous vegetables such as cauliflower, mustard greens, broccoli, and green cabbage are also claimed to provide the same benefits.

7. Celery Leaves, Basil, and Coriander
Celery, basil and coriander contain apigenin, a type of flavonoid antioxidant that has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticancer properties.
