1. Green Vegetables and Tuberous

Regularly consuming green vegetables such as spinach, kale, radishes, or lettuce which are high in antioxidants and fiber will make digestion run smoothly. Healthy digestion can reduce the risk of various diseases, including breast cancer.

7. Celery Leaves, Basil, and Coriander

Celery, basil and coriander contain apigenin, a type of flavonoid antioxidant that has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticancer properties.

Apigenin is known to be able to suppress the growth of HER2 breast cancer cells. To make it easier to consume, you can mix these three ingredients into your lunch or dinner menu.
